Subject: Non-Confidence Vote

Dear NDP Members of Parliament and Party Leader, Jagmeet Singh,

As I am sure you know, Canadians would like a new government formed. As of September 4th, 2024, you publicly announced that the supply and confidence agreement between the NDP and Liberal parties was ‘ripped up’. Also as of September 26th, 2024, the Speaker of the House ruled that the Trudeau government defied the authority of Parliament based on a motion that you all voted in favour of regarding the STDC documents needing to be transferred to the RCMP unredacted. Although there has been a pause granted as of December 2nd, 2024, by the Speaker to allow for certain business to be allowed in Parliament this is temporary. The Liberal Party is still in breach of Parliament and for the sake of the trust of all Canadians in our government, this document transfer must happen.
For many months now, you, Jagmeet Singh, have stated on camera that the Liberal party is too weak and too selfish, and Justin Trudeau has let the Canadians down, is an endless disappointment and has abandoned the people who put him in power. You have also informed striking workers that if parliament in any way impacts their rights you are going to vote no, whether that vote is a confidence vote or not, whether that vote triggers an election or not. You also stated that you would be telling the prime minister and the Liberals right now that they are never going to count on the NDP party if they are going to take away the rights of workers, NEVER. The Liberal government did force those striking workers back to work so are you a party of truth and integrity?
Since the ending of the supply and confidence agreement, there have been 2 non-confidence votes brought forward. (September 24thand October 1st) which despite no agreement being in place you all chose to continue to support the leadership of the Liberal Party. By continuing to vote in favour of the current government, it can be clearly stated that the NDP party is fully complicit in all the erroneous, unethical and potentially illegal activity conducted by the Liberal government. Please review the following findings and allegations of the Liberal Party to further understand the government that your choices are supporting.

You cannot continue to support the Liberal government and be viewed with credibility. It is time for you to stop holding Canadians hostage and allow for an election to be called. You will then be able to promote your own platform and allow voters to let you know what they think.
It is crucial to all of Canada that you vote against supporting the Liberal government any further and that you do not have any confidence
in their future governance.
